Chimeric sorting visualiser

A live demo on this site. Sorting algorithms reimagined as decentralised cells, each its own thread following a local rule — from Zhang, Goldstein & Levin (2024). Mixed arrays spontaneously segregate into bands of the same rule. Simulation ported from Python to Clojure and verified against the original distributionally.

Built for The REED Center for Ecosystem Reintegration. Maps the Morning View Food Forest so the community can track plantings and visualize the reintroduction of biodiversity. Integrates the distinct domains of horticulture and GIS.
